How To Add To 10 Memory Math Games For Kids

Cool Math For Kids

Play math games for kids and learn to add numbers to 10 in this version of memory with Elliot and myABCdad Learning for Kids.

Play Memory Finding 10s and make tens instead of matches. Here is a fantastic way to learn number bonds that equal ten. Play this math game for kids with a set of Build Ten Cards and make learning numbers to 10 fun with us.

The thing I love most about Build Ten Cards is the layout. It makes amounts equaling 10 easier to see. The first time Elliot and I have a go, he was immediately able to identify all two-card combinations equaling ten. He was doing so successfully despite still needing to check larger amount cards, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 by pointing and counting.

Elliot is not alone here. Over the years in Kindergarten, many students were also able to recognize combinations equaling 10 straight away.

When number bonds for 10 are presented in a game such as memory, it becomes a great way to explore and introduce simple addition facts to 10. Download and make your own set of  cards and have a go.
